At Vitamin String Quartet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our music and merchandise. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that physical media like CDs and vinyl records are unopened and in their original shrink-wrap.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
